About Diane Watts, FRSA

Diane Watts, FRSA, designs her own line of high-end mirrors and furniture, which she has sold through a network of trade showrooms throughout North America, since 1996.

Previously she had a showroom in Toronto's prestigious Designers' Walk and a retail shop in the fashionable Yorkville area. She graduated from the Inchbald School of Design in London, England and after emigrating to Canada, began working in the interior design business in Toronto. She was born on the Derbyshire/Yorkshire border, where her father, who was in the Sheffield cutlery business, taught her the values of good design and craftsmanship.

Diane was elected FRSA in 2008, as a Fellow of the ancient and prestigious Royal Society of the Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce.

Diane Watts Exquisite Mirrors and Fine Furniture, a division of 1358181 Ontario Ltd., is based in Toronto, Canada, selling Diane Watts exclusive designs through selected trade showrooms and designers in Toronto and Montreal and 17 U.S. cities, and will open shortly in Calgary and Vancouver. All mirrors and furniture are hand-crafted in Toronto.
